Summer Music & Dance Camps

New! Knights and Nobility Camp!

​A History-making camp for ages 7 to 12. July 24 through 28, Monday through Friday, 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM
Jump into early medieval Europe, exploring events, lifestyles. language and, of course, swordplay. Campers will be provided with all they need to create their own medieval character, complete with wardrobe and weapons. No campers will be harmed in the making of history! 

Cost is $185, including all materials.

A note about registering for camps.....

Space is limited! Register early to secure your preferred camp.  A non-refundable $50 deposit will be collected at the time of registration. The remaining tuition will be automatically collected on June 1 or July 1, based upon which camp you have selected. Any appropriate discounts will be applied to the remaining tuition. All camps include a snack, and we will do our best to accommodate specific dietary needs. Those with severe allergies must provide their own snack, however, and all students must bring a water bottle.

Storybook Summer

For ages 3 to 5 years

You are joyfully invited on an enchanted journey!  Every day we’ll enter the world of a different storybook with dance, music, theater and art.  Create fabulous art, crowns, dress up, and dance with your favorite fairy tales!  Engaging teachers will captivate your child’s imagination and engage their love of storytelling. This popular camp fills quickly and space is limited.

Each week is a new discovery. Sign up for all six unique weeks and the last week is free!

Camps are held from 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM. No dancewear required.  Cost is $150/week

For ages 9 and up. For beginning through advanced artists. 

An art camp that packs a punch! For doodlers, drawers, day-dreamers, adventurers, and defenders of justice, we've designed a camp just for the illustrator in your family. Campers will spend a week learning the art of writing, penciling, inking, coloring and lettering their own comic illustrations. With special classes on the elements of good storytelling and the art of animation, this camp is full of smart, creative fun.

July 24 through 28 Time TBA: Mornings.

Cost is $245/week and includes an art box and portfolio to keep.

Summer Sew Fun

For ages 10 and up. No prior experience required.

Summer is the perfect time to master a new skill and what more useful skill than being able to make and sew your own clothes or quilts? Campers will be introduced to the fundamentals of sewing with instructor Tia Pietsch. We provide all the materials--including the sewing machines!-- and all the knowledge your camper will need to complete their first sewing project.  With the option of taking home your sewing machine, we know this camp will set young learners on the path to a lifetime of sewing enjoyment.
July 24 through 28 time TBA: Afternoons.

$265 includes all materials + optional $100 to keep your sewing machine.

Hip Hop Heroes and Breakout

Hip Hop Heroes (For ages 6 to 10)  and Hip Hop Breakout (for ages 11 and up).

For young and beginning hip hoppers, a Superhero-themed hip hop camp! Kids will create their own dance costumes and show off their moves for their families at the end of this high-energy week. For older intermediate and advanced dancers, a break-dance focused dance intensive that teaches kids stylin' moves in a fun and safe environment. Our Breakout group will also give an end-of-week performance. All campers get technique and choreography classes daily.

August 2 through 5 (Wednesday through Saturday) 9:00 to 12:00 PM.
$195/week. No required dancewear, but campers should have clean, inside-only, non-marking shoes.

An American in Paris Modern Ballet

For intermediate and advanced dancers This classic tale retold will give dancers a fresh alternative to the usual summer routine. Experience Gershwin's vibrant virtuosity and the joy of story-telling through modern dance. In addition to learning original choreography set to this classic light romance, students will improve their flexibility, their musicality and expression, and their dance skills. While this intensive focuses on modern ballet technique, students with prior dance experience in other dance genres (classical ballet, jazz, lyrical, creative dance) are welcome to participate.

This intensive is held from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, August 2 through 5 (Wednesday through Saturday)  Prior dance experience required.  Cost is $275/week.
